Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, quality, and a smooth experience for all of our customers.

Orders & Custom Design


All arrangements are made fresh to order and may be customized based on your preferences. While we strive to match requested styles, colors, and inspiration photos, exact flower varieties are not guaranteed due to seasonal and market availability.

By ordering a “designer’s choice” or custom arrangement, you are trusting our team to create something beautiful within your selected style and price point.

Pricing & Payment


All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

For subscription services, payment terms will be clearly outlined at checkout or during your consultation.

Delivery


We offer local delivery only within New Orleans and surrounding areas. We do not offer shipping.

Delivery dates can be selected at checkout; however, specific delivery times are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Redelivery may require an additional fee.

Once an arrangement has been delivered, we are not responsible for conditions that may impact the flowers (including heat, cold, or placement outdoors).

Pickup Orders


Pickup times are selected at checkout. Please arrive within your scheduled window. If you are running late, we recommend contacting us so we can ensure your order is properly held.

Cancellations & Changes


Orders may be modified or canceled with at least 24–48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Same-day or in-progress orders cannot be canceled once design work has begun or the order is out for delivery.

Returns & Refunds


Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may offer a replacement or shop credit at our discretion.

Subscriptions


Floral subscriptions (3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and gravesite services) are scheduled in advance and coordinated directly with you.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once a service period has begun. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests to reschedule or skip a delivery with advance notice.

Gravesite Services


Gravesite floral placements are completed on the agreed-upon dates. Photo confirmation will be provided after each service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate cemetery and plot details. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Use of Website


All content on this website(including images, designs, and text) is the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Policy Updates


We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
