Returns & Refunds

Because our arrangements are made with fresh, perishable flowers and are often custom-designed, we do not accept returns.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

Quality Concerns


If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please reach out within 24 hours and include a photo of the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or shop credit, depending on the situation.

Design Variations


Each arrangement is uniquely crafted using seasonal blooms. While we always aim to match the style, color palette, and overall feel of what is shown, exact flower varieties may vary based on availability. These substitutions do not qualify for refunds.

Delivery Issues


We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout. If a redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.

If no one is available to receive the arrangement, we will leave it in a safe location when appropriate. Once delivered, we are not responsible for environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.) that may affect the flowers.

Cancellations & Changes


Orders may be canceled or modified with at least 24–48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Same-day or last-minute orders cannot be canceled once they are in production or out for delivery.

Subscription Orders


Subscription orders are non-refundable once a delivery cycle has begun. If you need to skip or reschedule a delivery, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
